Legs have a more meaty taste and a firm texture. They can handle long-cooking techniques such as braising or roasting. They’re excellent grilled or barbecued just marinade first.
These chicken breasts are presented with the skin on and wing bone in. We also supply skinless and boneless, beautiful in a casserole where the full flavour can be absorbed in the cooking.
This cut is ideal for quick cooking. The key is not to overcook, can be prepared in almost limitless ways like sautéed, stir-fried, deep-fried, oven-roasted, poached, steamed or grilled.
Our poultry are naturally firm and full of flavour, wonderfully plum and meaty with no added water like most supermarket poultry have.
